Products and Services

Aurea Harvest provides fresh agricultural products including mangos, cane sugar, and rice. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products without notice
• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Update pricing at any time

Orders and Payment

When you place an order with us:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Payment is due at the time of order
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Customer is responsible for providing evidence of damage

Limitation of Liability

Aurea Harvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Aurea Harvest operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
